RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. Pristyn Jewels offers eligible returns when a return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.

Important: We do not provide monetary refunds to the original payment method. For an approved return, you will receive store credit in the form of a coupon code equal to the eligible purchase amount. The coupon code will be valid for 20 days and can be used to purchase products from our website.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unworn and unused.
• All original tags must remain intact.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. Returns without an unboxing video will not be eligible for approval.

A return may be requested if:

• The product is damaged.
• You received a product different from the one ordered.
• The size or fit is not right.
• You are not satisfied with your purchase.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@pristynjewels.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order details
• Reason for the return
• Unboxing video of the package and product
• Photographs of the product
• Proof of purchase/order confirmation

An unboxing video is required for all returns, regardless of the reason for return.

We will review your request and confirm its eligibility by email or SMS.

Returned products must be received in their original packaging, unused and with tags intact. If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized products
• Pre-order items
• Gift cards
• Sale items, unless received damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery with the required supporting photographs/video

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Once an eligible return is approved, store credit will be issued as a coupon code. You can use the coupon code toward another product available on our website.

Return Costs

There is no additional return cost to the customer for an approved eligible return.

Refunds / Store Credit

We do not issue monetary refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns are compensated through store credit in the form of a coupon code for the eligible purchase amount. The coupon code will be shared through your registered/preferred mode of communication and will be valid for 20 days.
